The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The staff was very amiable and fairly friendly, and the service was good. The breakfast was exceptional, well presented and with a good choice of options😀👍

Nothing that i didn't like.

Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location, a train station was walking distance to the hotel. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar di Maria Agata.

We stayed here for a day and loved that everything was new, and the fantastic location near the city center, Central Train Station, and Bus Terminal was wonderful.

Stayed at a super chic and clean apartment located close to bus and train stations, right in the heart of the historical center. Our gracious host, Alessandro, provided an excellent breakfast and was very helpful throughout our stay. the water pressure and hot water in the apartment were also great. Highly recommend this place for its convenience and hospitality. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

Nothing - everything was great!

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Palermo. The facilities were basic but comfortable, and the AC was very effective. Alessandro was friendly and cute. The shared kitchen was useful.

We spent our Easter vacation here and it was a great choice. the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary amenities including coffee and tea. the location was perfect as it was close to tourist attractions, good restaurants, and transportation hubs. We particularly enjoyed the well, maintained property and the daily breakfasts.

The check, in process was a little confusing. It would have been helpful to coordinate our arrival time in advance so that we could have avoided any mix, up.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the bustling restaurant street and close to the city centre. It's also just a short walk away from the train station, making it very convenient for travelers to get around. the lively street leading to the old town is just around the corner, with plenty of shops and attractions to check out.

It was very disappointing to see that the breakfast was not included in the stay. Despite reading positive reviews about the breakfast facilities, I was told at the check-in that it is not offered.
